The process

How to become a member.

  1. Tell us what you need.

    Write to us with the number of desks and the plan, or reserve each desk with its €100 refundable deposit. No long-term commitment required.

  2. We confirm your seat.

    Our team reaches out to confirm your reservation, answer your questions and walk you through the space before we open.

  3. Show up. Create.

    On opening day, expected on 1 March 2027, your desk is ready and the studios are a few steps away.

€100 reservation deposit, 100% refundable if you decide not to join. Secure payment via Stripe.

Can we reserve several desks?

Yes, subject to availability: the coworking has 14 desks in total. Write to us through the contact page with the number of desks and the plan you are interested in (Flex or Fixed).

Is there a meeting room?

Yes. The Fixed plan includes meeting room credits.

Can we shoot in the building?

Yes, in the Content Studio, a soundproofed video and podcast studio with video and audio equipment included. It is booked by the day (€1,000 + VAT), and Fixed members get priority.

Is there a minimum commitment?

We do not ask for long-term commitments. Plans are priced monthly: Flex at €200 + VAT a month and Fixed at €300 + VAT a month.

When can I use my desk?

Whenever you like: both plans include 24/7 access. Fixed members have their own dedicated desk; Flex members work from a shared hot desk.

How does the reservation deposit work?

To hold your desk you pay a €100 deposit through Stripe. It is 100% refundable: we return it if you decide not to join.
