Purpose of the site
The site presents Memento Coworking & Studios, a coworking space for creative professionals at Calle Isaac Peral 23, 46024 València, expected to open on 1 March 2027. On the site you can check plans and prices, request a desk, ask us to keep you updated on the project, pay a reservation deposit through Stripe and send us a message.
The detail pages of the Content Studio and the Music Production Suite, in the same building, are on studios.memento.eco.
Terms of use
Access to the site is free. You agree to use it lawfully, in good faith and in line with this notice and, in particular:
- to give true details of your own in the forms;
- not to use the site to send unsolicited messages or unlawful content;
- not to try to access restricted areas or to damage, overload or disrupt the site.
Desk requests and deposit
When you request a desk, our team contacts you to confirm the reservation and answer your questions before we open.
If you choose to reserve with a deposit, you pay it on Stripe’s payment page: €100 for the Flex and Fixed Desks, and €150 for the Content Studio or the music pack. The deposit is refundable: we refund it if you decide not to join.
Plans and prices, excluding VAT, are published on the pricing page.
Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, design, logos, trademarks and images on the site belong to Memento Music S.L. or are used with their owners' permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate or adapt them without prior written permission, except for personal and private use.
The images of the space at Calle Isaac Peral 23 are architectural visualisations of the project and may not match the finished space exactly.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party services, such as Stripe (payments) and Google Maps (directions), and to other Memento sites (studios.memento.eco, rentals.memento.eco and memento.eco). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content: their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
Liability
We work to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or change without notice, especially before opening. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the site is always available and are not liable for damage caused by interruptions, technical faults or malicious software beyond our control.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of València, unless the applicable rules set a different venue; in particular, if you act as a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
