The process

How to become a member.

  1. Reserve your spot.

    Enter your name, email and plan, and pay a €100 refundable deposit through Stripe to secure your desk. No long-term commitment required.

  2. We confirm your seat.

    Our team reaches out to confirm your reservation, answer your questions and walk you through the space before we open.

  3. Show up. Create.

    On opening day, expected on 1 March 2027, your desk is ready and the studios are a few steps away.

€100 reservation deposit, 100% refundable if you decide not to join. Secure payment via Stripe.

Is there a minimum commitment?

We do not ask for long-term commitments: both plans are priced monthly, €200 + VAT for the Flex Desk and €300 + VAT for the Fixed Desk. You will find every detail on the pricing page.

What is the difference between Flex and Fixed?

Both include 24/7 access, high-speed internet, the creative community and 10% off equipment rental. On Flex you work from a shared hot desk, with no assigned desk. On Fixed you have your own desk, priority studio booking and meeting room credits.

Are the studios included in the membership?

The Content Studio (€1,000 + VAT per day) and the Music Production Suite (a 10-hour pack for €199 + VAT, valid 90 days) are priced separately. On the Fixed Desk you book them with priority.

How does the reservation deposit work?

To hold your desk you pay a €100 deposit through Stripe. It is 100% refundable if you decide not to join.

At Calle Isaac Peral 23, 46024 València, in Poblados Marítimos: next door to Las Naves and steps from the port. It is expected to open on 1 March 2027.
